Freight Shipments (Playsets, Large Accessories & Heavy Items)
✅ Large or heavy products will ship via common carrier freight due to their size and weight.
✅ Curbside Delivery Only – The driver is not responsible for moving boxes beyond the curb or lawn.
✅ We order residential delivery service for all freight shipments.
✅ In most cases, we include lift gate truck service to assist with unloading.
✅ The driver will not require assistance. Any help you choose to offer is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the delivery process.
Standard Package Shipments (Accessories & Smaller Items)
✅ If your order qualifies for package express shipping (FedEx, UPS, etc.), shipping costs will be based on weight, size, and delivery speed.

Some of our products include Premium Delivery, ensuring a hassle-free experience when receiving your item. Given the extreme size and weight of certain products, this premium service provides:
✅ Seamless Backyard Delivery – Your playset is unloaded and placed in your backyard (assuming accessible entry), eliminating the challenge of moving heavy boxes yourself.

✅ Convenience & Safety – No need to coordinate equipment or extra hands—trained professionals handle the logistics.

Damages & Claims
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely, but sometimes damage can occur during shipping. Please follow these steps if your item(s) arrive damaged:
✅ Inspect Upon Delivery – Carefully check the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for delivery.
✅ Note Any Damage – If you notice damage, make a note of it on the delivery receipt or refuse the delivery if the damage appears significant.
✅ Document the Damage – If you accept delivery, immediately take clear photos of:
- The damaged packaging
- Any damage to the product inside the packaging
✅ Report the Issue – Email your photos and details to info@fitnfunbackyards.com as soon as possible. Then, visit our Returns page to submit your return claim online.
