How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at info@bearofpa.com with your order number, and we'll provide detailed instructions for processing your return.

Return Policy Details

✅ Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
✅ Items must be returned in "Like New" condition, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
✅ Custom-made or built-to-order products are not eligible for returns once manufactured or installed.
✅ Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund and send a confirmation email.

Important Notes

❌ Items showing visual signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return.
❌ Returns must be shipped back to our distribution center within 30 days of the original shipping date.
❌ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Amounts

Full Refund – If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a 100% refund with no fees deducted.

Partial Refund – If your order has already shipped, your refund will be based on the original invoice amount minus:

• Shipping charges (both outbound and, if applicable, inbound return shipping)
• Restocking fee

Your refund will be processed once the returned product arrives at our designated facility and has been inspected for any damage.
