At Fit N Fun Backyards, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for your convenience.

How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at crystal@fitnfunbackyards.com with your order number, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for processing your return.

Return Policy Details

✅ Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price, minus shipping, handling, and restocking fees.
✅ Items must be returned in "Like New" condition, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
✅ Custom-made or built-to-order products, including are not eligible for returns once manufactured or installed.
✅ Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund and send a confirmation email.

Important Notes

❌ Items showing visual signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return.
❌ Returns must be shipped back to our distribution center within 30 days of the original shipping date.
❌ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Amounts

If you decide to return your order, your refund amount will be calculated as follows:

✅ Full Refund – If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a 100% refund with no fees deducted.

✅ Partial Refund – If your order has already shipped, your refund will be based on the original invoice amount minus:

• Shipping charges (both outbound and, if applicable, inbound return shipping)
• Restocking fee

Your refund will be processed once the returned product arrives at our designated facility and has been inspected for any damage.
